These terms cover your use of Seren, run by Alex George in the United Kingdom. By using Seren you agree to them.

The service

Seren keeps a record of what was agreed with each client, built from the sources you connect, with every line linked to the words it came from. It's an early product: we work hard to make it right, but always check the source before relying on something. Every claim links to it so you can.

Your content

• What you bring into Seren stays yours. We use it only to run Seren for you, as described in the privacy policy.
• Only connect mailboxes and tools you're allowed to, and only map what's appropriate for your team to see as a ledger.
• Seren never sends anything on your behalf. Drafts are for you to copy and send yourself.

Accounts and plans

• The Individual plan is free. The Team plan is billed per person, monthly, through Stripe, at the price shown when you subscribe.
• You can cancel any time in Settings. Cancelling stops new accounts and people from being added; it never deletes what's there.
• Don't misuse Seren: no trying to reach other people's data, overloading it, or using it for anything unlawful.

Ending

You can delete your workspace at any time from Settings; that removes everything and cancels billing. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and we'll give you a chance to export your data first unless the law stops us.

Liability

Seren is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
