Seren · for creative and marketing agencies
Seren for creative and marketing agencies
Usage rights, revision rounds, shoot dates and launch deadlines get agreed across email threads, calls and Slack. Seren keeps one record per client of what was actually agreed, and shows what's slipping before the client notices.
What Seren keeps for you
- Fees, retainers and what each includes
- Revision rounds used against the rounds in the SOW
- Usage rights, and when a client asks for more than the contract gives
- Delivery dates against the client's own launch dates
- Anything agreed on a call and not yet in writing
Every line links to the exact words it came from. Anything agreed on a call is marked until it's confirmed in writing, and Seren drafts the confirmation. It never sends anything on its own.
An example: Harbour Studio (fictional)
A fictional company from the demo. Every person and message in it is invented.
- The film lands 13 October, four days after the client needs it and the day after their launch.
- An influencer day was 'probably' promised on a call; the SOW says it isn't included.
- The client's accounts team is holding an invoice until it's settled.

What it reads
Gmail or Outlook, Zoom calls, DocuSign, Google Drive, Slack, HubSpot, with links to Figma and Dropbox. Read-only, and only the clients you choose.
Who sees what
Account managers see their clients. Team leads see their team. Directors see the whole company as a sky: every client as a star, grouped by team, kind of work, when it bites or risk. Seren rates clients by money at stake and how soon it bites, and never scores people.
