Seren

Questions about Seren

Short answers. Try the demo to see it with a fictional company.

What is Seren?

Seren keeps a live record of every client relationship. It reads a team's client emails, call transcripts, contracts and files, and keeps one record per client of what was agreed, what changed, what's owed and what needs attention, with the exact words behind every line.

Who is Seren for?

Account managers, client services teams and their leads at businesses that look after clients after the sale: creative and marketing agencies, SaaS customer success teams, professional services firms such as accountants and consultants, and IT and hardware suppliers.

How is Seren different from a CRM?

A CRM holds what people type into it, and it mostly stops at the sale. Seren reads the work itself (emails, calls, contracts and files) and keeps what happens after the sale: what was promised, what changed, and what is owed on both sides. It works alongside a CRM and can read from HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive.

What tools does Seren read?

Read-only: Gmail and Outlook; call transcripts from Zoom, Gong and Microsoft Teams; contracts from DocuSign; files from Google Drive, SharePoint and OneDrive; notes from HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive; and chosen Slack or Teams channels. Figma, Dropbox and other tools can be linked from a client's page. Seren only reads the clients a team chooses.

Does Seren send emails or change anything in my tools?

No. Seren never sends anything on its own. It drafts the chase, the confirmation or the reply with its sources, and a person reads it and presses send in their own mail app.

How do I know a line in the record is right?

Every line carries its source. Tap it to see the exact words from the email, call or contract it came from. If Seren isn't sure, it asks a person instead of guessing, and nothing is invented: money, dates and counts come from what was actually written or said.

What does 'said, not written' mean?

Client work is full of things agreed on a call or in passing that never get written down, such as a price, a date or an extra piece of work. Seren marks those with a wavy line until they're confirmed in writing, and drafts the one-line confirmation so they don't cost money later.

How does Seren help with account handovers?

When someone goes on holiday or moves on, they pick what travels (files, threads, calls and where things stand) and who takes it, as cover until a date or for good. The person taking over arrives with a Seren that has already read it, and sees exactly what was handed over and what wasn't.

What does a director or team lead see?

The whole company as a sky: every client as a star, grouped by team, kind of work, when it bites or risk. The money at risk, and why, is on the page. Seren rates clients by money at stake and how soon it bites. It never scores or ranks people.

Is my client data used to train AI?

No. Seren never trains on your data, and neither do the models it uses. You can export everything, or delete it, at any time.

Is Seren available now?

Seren is in early access. There's a public demo with four fictional companies (a creative agency, a SaaS company, a professional services firm and an IT supplier) that anyone can open without signing up at seren.my. Real client mail is only read inside a sealed vault, so trials with a team's own clients open once that vault has been independently reviewed.

How much does Seren cost?

Thirty days free with your whole team, then £25 a seat a month. Teams who join early keep that price for as long as they stay.
